SHEDDING

Noticed any shedding lately?? Its that time of year when hair sheds.  Hair, just like children and adolescents go through growth phases.  Old, damaged, dry hair is shedding, preparing for growth.  During this shedding season, it is important to get protein treatments to strengthen the hair from all the summer damage and to protect the hair during the transition phase.  In addition, moisture treatments should be done as well to put back what the dry environment is robbing from the hair.

ANOTHER HAIRCARE TIP

When wrapping or tying up the hair, utilize a satin scar, satin bonnet or satin pillow.  Satin maintains the moisture in the hair.  Utilizing a horseshoe pillow is also very helpful to sleep with to prolong the salon look.  

HAIR CARE TIP TO PREVENT BREAKAGE

When combing wet or tangled hair...make sure to start from the ends to the root.  When you start combing hair at the root you may cause breakage...GIVE IT A TRY!!!

KEYSHA COLE'S HAIR

I have to admit that I am LOVING the short hair on her...howevever...the blonde hair is WASHING HER OUT!!!! She needs to change her hair color to a RED/COPPER/BROWN color with GOLDEN highlights. While she is a cute girl....the blonde draws more attention to any flaws she may have.

I don't care what anyone says...Victoria Beckam aka Posh Spice aka Sexy David Beckams baby momma gave this 80's haircut a totally new edge for the 07/08 year...she changed the color of her hair and made the cut look TOTALLY different! She rocked it and so did sooo many others!  As a hairstylist...Ok...ENUF already! I cut this haircut waaay too often and it is not for everyone! There are different ways that you can rock this haircut.  Take into consideration..height, bodysize, facial shape and neck length when deciding to get this cut! Its just like an outfit...not all outfits look good on you and not all haircuts compliment you!
